Portraits: Anna + Chris

Last weekend I met up with Chris and Anna and took advantage of a perfect end-of-summer day to do some shots out around National Harbor. For portrait sessions I like to capture couples in natural environments--just doing what they do and this is a good example of that. Thanks for a great time guys and hope you enjoy your photos!

A friend of mine had an extra ticket to the Legg Mason Tennis Classic on August 5. I was unaware that this prestigous tennis tournament takes place every year in Washingotn D.C. I grabbed my Nikon D700 and 80-200 f2.8 lens and was able to get some good shots of the match between Germany' Benjamin Becker and The United States Andy Roddick. I hope you enjoy. tim + kelly: married

Last Saturday I had the chance to capture Tim and Kelly's wedding in Washington D.C. We started the day with the ceremony at SouthEast Christian Fellowship Church. Afterwards, we headed over to Hominy Restaurant & Lounge on U Street for the reception. The weather was perfect and I really enjoyed being a part of Tim and Kelly's special day. Check out some images from the day below.

keith + kenya: engaged

When Keith and Kenya suggested we do their engagement photos at the new National Harbor, I had a feeling the photos would turn out well because of the awesome backdrop that area offers: restaurants, hotels, shops and several outdoor possibilities on the Potomac. I had a great time with the couple and wish them well with their upcoming wedding this summer.
